We are based in Houston Tx. and will only deliver within a 25 mile radius of downtown. Delivery fee is $25.

 

Pick up location is FLEX SUPPLEMENTS SHOP located @ 1146 Sheffield Blvd, Houston Tx, 77015

 

 

 Place your orders on:

Monday - Thursday & they will be ready on Sunday or Monday 

Orders placed on Friday - Sunday will be added to the following weeks meal prep list. 

Cook Days: Saturday, Sunday, Monday,  

Delivery Days: Flexible
