
I have created this monthly meal plan for the gentlemen who want to lean out but not sure what to order or have a hard time staying consistent on placing orders.
I have chosen specific foods and combinations to help you shed a few pounds in 1 month! This package contains 10 meals per week, 40 meals per month.
You will receive 5 lunch & 5 dinner meals:
Each meal contains 6 oz of protein, half cup of carbs & half cup of veggies.
2 Ground Turkey meals with brown rice & green beans
2 Ground Beef meals with white rice & asparagus
2 Shredded Chicken meals with brown rice & green beans
2 Lemon Pepper Chickem meals with white rice & asparagus
2 Tilapia meals with white rice & Asparagus
Remember, consistency is key!! You will have to provide your own breakfast & healthy snacks for yourself incase you get hungry in between meals.
The snacks I recommend are:
Greek yogurt with blue berries & granola
Protein shake (any flavor)
2 rice cakes with almond or peanut butter.
Only eat these in moderation please!!
Meals will be ready every Sunday or Monday.
